KERRY SCHLECHT MD, FACOG

Dr. Schlecht is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Diplomate of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been awarded by her peers as a Top Doc in Phoenix Magazine. She grew up in the Phoenix area and received her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Minor in Math from the University of Arizona. She attended Medical School at the University of Arizona in Tucson where she remained to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Returning to Scottsdale after her residency, she joined a large OB/GYN practice where she continued to expand her knowledge and hone her skills in managing all areas of women’s health care. In 2009 as she wanted to provide a smaller, more personal setting for her patients to receive their care, she founded North Scottsdale Women’s Care. After practicing Obstetrics for 25 years and being blessed with delivering thousands of babies, she has decided to transition to Gynecology. 

She graduated from one of the leading training facilities in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, 

and enjoys keeping abreast of the most current minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries. She 

has served on the executive Ob/Gyn committee at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea. She enjoys teaching our next generation of physicians and is a Clinical Associate Professor at Midwestern University Arizona College of Medicine. She is a wife and mother of three children, and one adorable Golden Doodle. She enjoys traveling, running, spinning and photography.

Ana is Certified by the American College of Nurse-midwives. She is also certified as a Nurse-midwife Practitioner by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.

She graduated from the University of Florida College of Nursing in Gainesville Florida where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Ana has over 20 years’ experience in   Women’s Health Care as a Nurse-midwife/Nurse 

Practitioner. After practicing Obstetrics for 15 years   and delivering countless babies, Ana transitioned to and is passionate about caring for women in all aspects of their Gynecologic health. She enjoys caring for patients from adolescence to menopause. Ana has extensive experience in family planning, abnormal vaginal bleeding, urinary incontinence, osteoporosis and hormone replacement therapy. Ana’s warm, empathetic personality in addition to her 

strong knowledge base makes her an outstanding practitioner. Ana speaks Spanish fluently. 

She is married and has a teenage son. She enjoys   hiking, bicycling and doing jigsaw puzzles.

 Allie Astuto is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a passion for women's health and a commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She believes every patient deserves access to accurate, evidence-based information to make informed decisions about their health. Born and raised in Texas, Allie earned her bachelor's degree in Allied Health from Texas A&M University before completing her nursing degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She began her nursing career in labor and delivery where she supported women through the birthing process. She later transitioned to an OB/GYN clinic setting where she found fulfillment in providing comprehensive care, building meaningful relationships with her patients, and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey. Allie went on to earn her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She recently made the move to Scottsdale, and is excited to call Arizona home. Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her two golden retrievers, traveling, practicing yoga, and exploring all that the Valley has to offer.  

Charlotte graduated with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Medical Radiography with Honors in 1992. She developed a passion for diagnostic ultrasound and went on to earn her

Certificate of Completion in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound with Honors in 1993. 

Charlotte has over 30 years of experience in Ob/Gyn Diagnostic Medical Sonography working in private practice. 

 She truly enjoys her work and interacting with patients, "you never know what you may find while performing an ultrasound".  She is a mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys playing pickle-ball.
